Dr. Terri Adams is the Primary Investigator on PACER's
"Examination of Resilience and Role Conflict among First
Responders" project. She also served as the Primary
Investigator on PACER's "Divergent Responses of Law Enforcement
Officers in the Midst of a Crisis: Katrina" project. Adams'
other research interest includes: citizen crisis response,
policing, emergency management, and crime mapping. Her
research takes a multidisciplinary approach to examining issues
that have both theoretical and practical implications.
Adams is an Associate Professor of Administration of Justice in
Howard University's Department of Sociology and Anthropology.
She is currently serving as the Program Coordinator of the
Administration of Justice Program.
